About Elemenohpee

Elemenohpee was a dream… That friends could come together to create a company to call our own. On April 15th, 2000 we made our first steps towards that dream. With a little start up support and much invested interest, we were able to create that dream…. the dream of creating the ultimate wave riding vehicles! Vehicles that would ride a wave like non-before it! We still dream it, we still live it! Elemenohpee was created, by bodyboarders, for bodyboarders.. In the beginning it was Spencer “Skipp” Skipper, Ross “McFly” McBride, Aka Lyman, Pete “PMA” Anaya, and Nelz Vellocido. A group of motivated riders who have encompassed the globe many times in search of “the wave” and the gnarliest waves to test the perfect bodyboard. With our shaper PMA, nothing could stop us… nothing did! We’re still doing it! Fast forward 6 years later and the dream is still there, here, and forever. Sure the names have changed, the financial support groups have shuffled, but the ‘e’ stills shines and still a representative of the best bodyboards in the industry. Skipp is still a traveling maniac, still creating and polishing a style few will ever emulate! McFly is still getting his groove on, whether it’s being the CEO of No Friends Clothing or owning his wedging beachbreaks in So. California, he’s still clicking! And for Nelz, he’s reserved to running a tight ship we call the Elemenohpee Empire!! It’s all about hitting it early with your crew when your spot is ON, taking turns pulling thick inverts and fat pits. It’s “remember-that-one-wave” over some drinks, some good tunes, and the latest No Friends flick. Waxing up your boy’s board with a bar of soap before the early morning sesh, and then laughing your ass off when he slips off in the pit. It’s getting that little hottie you’ve been flirting at the beach all summer. That stoke you get when you come out of your first tube, make your first spin, land your first roll, and ride your first elemenohpee. It’s throwing chunks of spray when your partner’s paddling back out. Laughing your ass off when your friends don’t go on a heavy one! It’s about traveling to new spots and making friends with the locals. Creating friendships and memories that will last a lifetime. It’s about good times and dishing out a little mayhem every so often. It’s about bodyboarding kids, and all the good times that go along with it.
